When is Global Village Calgary running IELTS Tests again?
Currently, all IELTS Tests at Global Village Calgary are suspended until further notice. We have closed all registrations until the end of June. However, we are closely monitoring the situation and we will post any updates on our website.
What will happen to my cancelled test? How do the refunds work?
If your test is cancelled, you will receive a cancellation email within a week prior to your registered test date. You will receive the full refund of the test fee.
  • If you registered and paid online, IDP Australia will process the refund directly to your card. 
  • If you made your payment in person at the test centre with one of our staff, Global Village Calgary will process your refund. 
How long does the refund process take? When will I receive my refund?
With testing suspensions in place across Canada it has led to an unprecedented number of refund requests to manage.  We are engaged with our testing partner, IDP Education, to issue refunds back to the form of payment that was used when you originally booked your test. Rest assured, we are prioritizing this process and have been in daily contact with our testing partner, IDP. Upon completion, we will confirm with you when your refund has been processed.
Can I transfer my test date instead of receiving a refund? Can I transfer to a different location?
Due to the uncertainty of this unprecedented situation, we are only processing refunds to cancelled test dates currently.

Can I still order an additional copy of my Test Report Form from a previous IELTS Test?
Yes, as long as it is still within the validity date (2 years). If you have taken an IELTS test more than 2 years ago, we are unfortunately not able to provide an additional copy of your TRF.
Please note as we are working remotely, the processing times of Additional TRF Requests may take up to 5-7 business days.

Can I still arrange for a re-mark of my previous IELTS Test?
Yes, you may still request for a re-mark of your IELTS Test. Please note as we are working remotely, the processing times of EOR Requests may take up to 5-7 business days.
How can I contact your office?
In an effort to improve our “social distancing”, we will no longer be allowing test takers to drop-in the test centre. However, you may still contact us via email at info@ieltscalgary.com. We are working very hard to keep up with communication but we ask for your patience at this time when we have unprecedented demand.
